Qualificações

  • Locuteur natif ou courant en danois (niveau C1/C2).
  • Expérience avérée en support client dans un environnement technique ou de services.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs interactions clients simultanément.

Descrição da oferta de emprego

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues, ensuring a prompt resolution.
  • Assist with troubleshooting and guiding clients through product features and services.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to escalate complex issues and follow up with clients.
  • Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Qualifications:

  • Native or fluent Danish speaker (C1/C2 level).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Danish.
  • Proven experience in customer support or a similar role (preferably in a technical or service-oriented environment).
  • Ability to handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Good working knowledge of CRM systems and office software.
