Job summary

Hiscox seeks a solution engineer specializing in D365 and Power Platform to design, develop, and deploy scalable applications across global units. You will work with solution architects, business stakeholders, and partners to translate requirements into robust, maintainable solutions aligned with architectural standards.

You will contribute to ALM, ensure secure configurations, governance, and lifecycle management, while mentoring others and sharing knowledge through community of practice

Qualifications

• Experience delivering D365/Power Platform solutions in enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specs.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy D365/Power Platform solutions with a focus on Model Driven apps.
• Translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.
• Collaborate with solution architects to align with standards and upgrade roadmaps.
• Ensure design standards, reusable components, DevOps pipelines, and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure high-quality implementations.
• Promote best practices and knowledge sharing across teams and community of practice.
