Amaris Consulting | Part of Mantu is seeking a Product Team liaison between IT and Business for POS solutions in Retail and Supply Chain. You will translate business requirements into IT specifications, support rollout across multiple markets, and ensure successful deployment across markets.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, ERP/POS, and strong collaboration with global teams.

Qualificações

• Experience in Supply Chain and Retail processes within ERP and POS environments.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), particularly Supply Chain Management in retail, 5+ years.
• Experience with Microsoft commercial and POS-related tools for physical retail operations.
• Familiarity with global delivery models and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using Confluence, JIRA, and Azure DevOps for delivery.
• Ability to read and interpret solution designs, flows, and API concepts.

Job Description:

You will join our Product Team as a key liaison between IT and Business teams, bringing deep expertise in Retail and Supply Chain environments. Your role will be central in translating business strategies and requirements into clear IT product specifications, supporting the rollout and adoption of POS solutions, and ensuring successful deployment across multiple markets.

Your Missions:

• Provide expertise, business context, and direction to business operations and technology teams during new POS developments and implementations.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Project Manager, and Tech Lead to support and refine the strategic vision of the POS implementation program.
• Conduct detailed analysis, documentation, testing, and validation of system functionalities, process flows, and technical specifications related to POS and retail solutions.
• Actively support the rollout phase, including deployment support, addressing functional issues, clarifying requirements, and adapting solutions to local constraints.
• Design business scenarios and use cases for product assortment, product introductions, and related change management activities.
• Identify functional gaps and propose improvements, simplifications, or automation opportunities within existing POS and retail processes.
• Act as a facilitator across business and IT stakeholders, inspiring collaboration and ensuring alignment with customer objectives and overall IT strategy.

Your Profile:

• Experience in Supply Chain and Retail processes within ERP and POS environments, ideally in large-scale or global retail organizations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), particularly Supply Chain Management in a retail context, at least 5 years.
• Experience with Microsoft commercial and POS-related tools supporting physical retail store operations.
• Familiarity with global delivery models and collaboration with virtual, cross-functional teams.
• Experience using reporting and delivery tools such as Confluence, JIRA, and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Ability to handle local deviations without impacting global consistency.
• Understanding of system integrations (POS D365F&O ERP logistics).
• Ability to read solution designs, flows, and API concepts.
