Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a Content Moderator to help maintain a safe, compliant online environment. The role focuses on moderating content in Czech and English, ensuring policies are applied consistently and delivering reliable support to users and teams.

You will work on-site with rotational shifts, participate in 24/7 coverage, and relocation support is provided where needed. A strong emphasis on communication and customer service is required.

Join our team in Lisbon, Portugal, as a Content Moderator, where you will play a crucial role inensuring content safety and compliance. This position involves moderating content in Czechand English, contributing to a secure online environment.

WORK MODEL:On-site

SCHEDULE:Rotational shifts, 24/7 coverage (Mondayto Sunday), with 2 rotative days off. Shiftsinclude 07:00 – 16:00, 14:00 – 23:00, and22:30 – 07:30.

RELOCATION

Relocation support provided
