Siemens Energy's Wind Power division is seeking a Cybersecurity Officer to address a wide range of cybersecurity support requests across the organization, helping advance business activities and promote adherence to security policies.

In this role you will develop internal cybersecurity capabilities, foster communities of Cyber Security Ambassadors, and collaborate with multiple teams to strengthen the company’s security posture worldwide.

Qualificações

• A university degree or equivalent experience in information technology, cybersecurity, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of enterprise-level cybersecurity or IT experience across functions and industries.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional, multinational teams.
• Strong initiative with focus on quality and measurable results.
• Excellent communication skills in business English; proficiency in local languages.
• Proven ability to oversee and drive adherence to cybersecurity policies and processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee adherence to cybersecurity policies and mandates across the organization.
• Advise non-senior management and cybersecurity communities on policies and best practices.
• Promote cybersecurity objectives within local communities to raise awareness.
• Understand business cybersecurity needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Foster Cyber Security Ambassadors to promote awareness and practices.
• Collaborate with Siemens Energy teams to support cybersecurity functions.
