Capgemini is seeking a Cyber Security Architect to design end-to-end security architectures for telecom networks, platforms, and cloud environments. The role emphasizes risk assessment, threat modelling, and security-by-design across complex 4G/5G ecosystems.

The candidate will work with international teams, supporting secure deployments and governance. Hybrid work is available; travel to Sweden for extended engagements (up to 3 months) may be required.

Qualificações

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity roles.
• 5+ years in telecommunications environments.
• Experience designing security architectures for telecom and cloud infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of 4G/5G security standards and ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end security architectures for telecom networks, platforms, and cloud environments.
• Define and implement cybersecurity frameworks aligned with industry standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, security reviews, and threat modelling exercises.

Where no two days are the same.YOUR ROLEWe are looking for a Cyber Security Architect or testing to support the design and delivery of secure telecommunications infrastructures and services across complex network environments.The successful candidate will contribute to large-scale telecom transformation initiatives involving 4G, 5G, Mission Critical Communications (MCx), Public Safety Networks, Non-Terrestrial Networks (NTN), and Industrial IoT. This role requires deep expertise in telecom security architecture, risk assessment, security governance, and secure-by-design principles across cloud-native and telecom platform.Key Responsibilities:Design end-to-end security architectures for telecom networks, platforms, and cloud environments.Define and implement cybersecurity frameworks aligned with industry standards and best practices.Conduct risk assessments, security reviews, and threat modelling exercises.Identify vulnerabilities, weaknesses, and security risks affecting telecom infrastructures.Recommend and assess security technologies and vendor solutions.Support secure deployment and integration activities across telecom platforms and services.Collaborate with architects, engineering teams, and project stakeholders to ensure security-by-design adoption.Produce architecture documentation, guidelines, procedures, and technical specifications.Support customer workshops, technical reviews, and executive presentations.Contribute to the continuous improvement of cybersecurity governance and security controls.YOUR PROFILEMaster's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity roles.Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications environments.Experience designing security architectures for telecom and cloud infrastructures.Strong understanding of 4G, 5G, IMS, MCx, OSS/BSS, and telecom operational environments.Experience conducting security assessments, threat modelling, and risk analysis activities.Strong communication and presentation skills with technical and executive stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in international and multicultural environments.Certifications such as CISSP, ISSAP, CCSP, TOGAF, or equivalent are highly desirable.Mandatory Skills:Telecom Cyber Security Architecture.4G and 5G Security Standards and Frameworks.GSMA, ENISA, 3GPP, ETSI, NIST, and ISO 27001.Security of RAN, Transport, EPC, 5G Core, IMS, MCx, OSS, and BSS domains.Cloud and Virtualization Security (OpenStack, Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, VMware).Threat Modelling and Risk Assessment.Zero Trust and Defence-in-Depth principles.PKI, HSM, Cryptographic Key Management, IAM and PAM solutions.EDR, SIEM, SOAR, IDS/IPS, and Firewall technologies.Security Architecture Documentation (HLD, LLD, Security Blueprints).Strong stakeholder management and communication capabilities.The role requires availability for business travel, including medium-term assignments involving extended stays (up to 3 months) in Sweden.WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HEREJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work-life balance.Engage in exciting national and international projects.Hybrid work.Your career growth is central to our mission.
