Job summary

Fyld is seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Architect in Porto to design and implement enterprise security architectures that align with business goals and technology strategies.

You will lead security architecture initiatives, collaborate with infrastructure, software development and cloud teams, and guide security considerations across projects to ensure robust, scalable solutions.

Cybersecurity Architect

with technical expertise, strategic vision, and a strong desire to make an impact.

Your Profile

• Academic background in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or related fields
• Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise cybersecurity architectures
• Strong knowledge of security architecture principles, including Zero Trust, Secure-by-Design and Defense-in-Depth
• Experience defining security requirements and integrating security into business and technology initiatives
• Solid understanding of cloud security architectures across Microsoft Azure, AWS and/or Google Cloud Platform
• Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM), network security, data protection, encryption and key management
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as ISO *****, NIST, CIS Controls and SABSA or TOGAF
• Experience performing security architecture reviews, threat modelling and risk assessments
• Ability to collaborate with infrastructure, software development, cloud and business teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, SABSA, TOGAF, AZ-500, SC-100 or equivalent are a plus
• Fluency in English
