Dellent is a consulting company focused on System Information and Telecommunications, with a development center in Porto and support in Lisbon.

We are seeking a CyberArk Consultant to join our Porto team in a hybrid arrangement, collaborating with a multicultural group across Europe. You’ll administer PAM, manage privileged access, and contribute to IAM services while growing your cybersecurity expertise.

Qualificações

• Experience in IT, cybersecurity, IAM, or related field with strong interest in PAM.
• Knowledge of AD, Microsoft tech, authentication and identity security concepts.
• Experience with CyberArk PAM or similar IAM/PAM solutions; familiarity with SailPoint/Okta is a plus.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, REST APIs, automation, Linux, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is beneficial.
• Fluent English and proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and maintain CyberArk PAM platform including onboarding privileged accounts, servers, databases, and applications.
• Manage privileged access: safes, permissions, password policies, rotation, session management, and secure credential storage.
• Support IAM operations: provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, incident resolution, and access certification campaigns.
• Collaborate with infra, security, application, and audit teams to ensure policy compliance with security policies and governance standards.
• Contribute to automation, process improvements, and IAM service enhancements.

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area. Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are seeking aCyberArk Consultantto join our team inPorto (hybrid).

Requirements:

• Experience in IT, Cybersecurity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Infrastructure, or a related field, with a strong interest in Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Good knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft technologies, authentication, access management, and identity security concepts.
• Experience with CyberArk PAM or similar IAM/PAM solutions. Knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow, Okta, or other Identity Governance platforms is considered an advantage.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, REST APIs, automation, Linux administration, and cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform, including onboarding privileged accounts, servers, databases, and applications.
• Manage privileged access, including Safes, permissions, password policies, credential rotation, privileged session management, and secure credential storage.
• Support IAM operational activities, including user provisioning and deprovisioning, access requests, incident resolution, service requests, and access certification campaigns.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, application, and audit teams to ensure compliance with security policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to automation, process improvements, technical documentation, and continuous enhancement of Identity & Access Management services.
