Qualificações

• Experience in a Network/Systems Operations Center (NOC) or equivalent formal training.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of monitoring platforms and network troubleshooting best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and respond to alerts using established processes.
• Diagnose and resolve network problems with research and tailored solutions.
• Manage network changes in line with change management procedures.
• Prioritize tasks to meet or exceed SLAs.
• Collaborate to identify service improvements and document procedures.
• Identify and escalate any issue impacting services.
