A global technology company in Portugal is seeking a Cyber Security Software Engineer to enhance the security posture of business stakeholders and R&D labs. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree and proficiency in Python and Bash, alongside experience with SQL databases. Job Description
Part of Strategy & Technology, Group Security is Nokia's central knowledge center responsible for Nokia's cyber security policies and standards, the cyber security architecture and roadmap, and the monitoring, alerting of security incidents. We partner with the Nokia Business Groups and Central Functions on product security, customer security, and interact with governments on security regulations. Together we take care of Nokia's security culture, processes, systems, products and services to position Nokia as a trusted partner for the 5G era and beyond.
For this position you'll be part of Business Security team. Business Security drives Nokia-wide security initiatives for business environments. It includes among others the protection of critical company data and secure engagements with 3rd parties. Business Security partners with business stakeholders to understand and assess business security risks and to develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
As a Cyber Security Software Engineer, you work closely with the business stakeholders to design and build methods to enhance their security posture, mainly in the area of R&D lab security.
