Location: Remote - Portugal

Skills Needed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field;
• 6+ years of experience in project management;
• Lead and manage the implementation of Cybersecurity projects and initiatives;
• Coordinate activities related to Security Operations Center (SOC) interface reviews;
• Oversee and track penetration testing (pentesting) activities, including remediation follow-ups;
• Support initiatives related to Active Directory (AD) hygienization and security policy implementation;
• Perform functional analysis and translate business and security requirements into actionable project plans;
• Ensure alignment between security teams, IT teams, stakeholders, and external vendors;
• Monitor risks, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution;
• Fluent in english and Portuguese;
• The candidate has to be in Portugal.

Technical Expertise

• Cybersecurity project coordination and governance
• Security operations collaboration (SOC)
• Penetration testing lifecycle tracking
• Active Directory security hygiene and policy implementation
