? Communicate with users via phone, email, and chat
?️ Troubleshoot issues and provide clear, helpful solutions
️ Resolve inquiries efficiently within set timelines
? Escalate complex cases when needed to other departments
? Document actions and categorize bugs or technical issues
? Collaborate with teammates to ensure customer satisfaction
? Maintain and update relevant administrative forms

? Requirements:
️ Native/fluent in Dutch (C1) and fluent in English (B2+)
️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
️ Ability to simplify complex or technical concepts
️ Resilient, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure
️ Team player who can also work independently
️ No previous contact center experience required
