What you will do in this role

As a Customer Support, you will:

  • Efficiently handle incoming support inquiries (non-voice - via chat and/or ticket) with accuracy
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalate complex issues as needed
  • Investigate and collect information to provide to customer
  • Provide detailed and organised customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience
Your qualifications

  • Have an advanced level of Spanish (written and oral) (C1) and a good level of English (B2)
  • Understand of how social platforms function
  • Have proved computer skills and diligent worker
  • Have high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
