About the Role

We are seeking a fluent Italian speaker with a passion for customer service to join our team in Porto. As a Customer Support - Italian Speaker, you will be the first point of contact for our Italian-speaking clients, providing outstanding support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly, providing accurate information and solutions.
  2. Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
  3. Maintain high customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
  5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  6. Stay informed about products and services to provide accurate information.
  7. Identify and escalate priority issues appropriately.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes to enhance satisfaction.
Qualifications
  1. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and verbal.
  2. Previous customer service experience preferred.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software.
