Customer Support (Inbound) with Fluency in German

We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Customer Support professional to join a contact center team. You will be responsible for handling inbound calls related to travel assistance, providing support and effective solutions to clients. If you have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and are fluent in German, this is the ideal opportunity for you.

Key Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer support or contact center roles (preferred)
  • Mandatory fluency in German (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to work rotating shifts (24/7)
