A leading talent company is seeking a Customer Support Agent to assist customers in the automotive sector. This remote role requires fluency in German and strong communication skills in English. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries and maintaining customer relationships. The position offers a base salary of €1,100/month, performance bonuses, and meal allowances. Rotative shifts apply, with a 6-month renewable contract.

Qualificações

  • Fluent in German, proficiency is a must.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English at a B2 level.
  • Experience in a call center preferred, not required.

As a Customer Support Agent for a leading Automotive Group company, your role will involve providing customer assistance with different channels such as chat, voice and emails, to guarantee and improve a great relationship between the company and its users. You will ensure that performance goals are met across all operations. And that we fulfill client expectations related to operational excellence: high targets regarding quality, efficiency & customer journey improvement.

schedule: German - Monday to Sunday - 24/7 (Rotative Shifts); Days Off - 2 rotative days
