Candidates should have a passion for service and preferably experience in a call center. The position offers a direct contract, a base salary of €1030/month, and additional benefits including performance bonuses and meal allowances.

Qualificações

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a great relationship between the company and its users, meeting high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer journey enhancement.

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing the client with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the client’s latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
  • Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
Qualifications
  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree is a plus.
  • Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
Benefits

What We Offer:

  • Direct contract with the client.
  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday - 24/7 (Rotative Shifts)
  • Days off: 2 rotative days.
  • Base Salary: €1030/month.
  • Performance bonus: 80,00€
  • Meal Allowance: €7.23 per day worked.
