Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English are required. The role offers a direct contract, a base salary of €890/month, and additional benefits including a performance bonus and meal allowance.

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a great relationship between the company and its users, meeting high standards for quality, efficiency, and customer journey enhancement.

Responsabilidades chave
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing the client with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Stay updated on the client’s latest offers, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.
  • Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction.
Competências
  • Fluency in Czech and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred).
  • High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree is a plus.
  • Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
Benefícios

What We Offer:

  • Direct contract with the client (6 month contract).
  • Monday to Friday - 08:00 - 17:00
  • Days Off - Saturday and Sunday
  • Base Salary: €890/month.
  • Performance bonus: 80,00€
  • Meal Allowance: €7.23 per day worked.
