In this remote role, you will provide exceptional service, troubleshoot issues, and educate users on platform features. Serviços

Base salary of 1100€/month

Performance bonus up to 180€/month

Meal allowance of 7.23€ per day worked

Qualificações

• Fluency in German and knowledge of English is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills are essential for customer interaction.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Skills

• Native or advanced German (C2) proficiency;
• Intermediate English (B2);
• Excellent communication skills;
• Customer service experience is a plus;
