What You Will Do In This Role

As a Customer Support, you will:

  • Give customer support by handling customers’ issues related to payments refund, and other types of inquiries
  • Use different platforms and tools
  • Investigate and collect information to provide to customer
  • Provide detailed and organised customer support and seek for initiatives to improve the overall customer experience

Your Qualifications

  • Have an advanced level of English (written and oral) (C1)
  • Have prior knowledge in online payment methods and transactions
  • Have proved computer skills and diligent worker
  • Have high attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
  • Have the ability to effectively communicate, both written and verbally
