Your role:

• Provide customer care and technical assistance for medical devices, ensuring accurate order management and empathetic support to customers across European markets.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for medical diabetes devices and accessories.
• Assist customers with product usage through multichannel support (calls, email, chat, SMS).
• Manage order intake, renewals, and documentation in compliance with guidelines.
• Apply active listening and empathy in sensitive situations.
• Follow defined procedures and scripts to ensure regulatory and safety standards.

principais benefícios

What we offer:

• Base salary: 1100€ gross p/month
• Meal allowance: 7.63€ p/day
• Complexity bonus: 400€ p/month
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday – Night shifts only
• Days Off - 2 rotative days
