A leading rent-a-car company is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Advisor. You will assist customers through various channels, provide booking support, and answer inquiries. The ideal candidate should be fluent in German (C2) and have good knowledge of English (B1/B2). We're looking for dedicated people to join our client's customer support team for a leading rent-a-car company.

Your future project is with a company that provides rent-a-car services in Portugal and over 70 countries and territories.

Responsabilidades

As a Customer Support Advisor, your mission will be:

• Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
• Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
• Attract potential customers by answering questions about rent-a-car reservations and their different options, providing additional information to meet customer needs.
• Gather information from new customers and input it into the platform.
• Process and respond to contact requests promptly, contributing to fostering commitment to our client's brand.

Competências

Your skills:

• Native or advanced german (C2) proficiency.
• Knowledge of English (B1/B2)
• Experience in customer service, or a similar role (will be valued).
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and patience when dealing with users.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Benefícios

What We Offer:

Permanent Contract (with 3 months trial)

Base salary: 1030€

Meal allowance: 7,63€/day

Transport allowance: 20€/month

Performance bonus: 120€/month + 30€ per week worked variable

Rotational schedule: Monday to Sunday

Monday to Friday: 07:00AM - 08:00PM

Saturday: 08:00AM - 04:00PM

Sunday: 08:00AM - 05:00PM

Days off: 2 rotational day
