Our technology automates store operations and delivers real-time insights, helping retailers and FMCG companies optimize performance, reduce waste, and create smarter, more efficient stores.As we scale, we are building a world-class Customer Success team to help clients get maximum value from our technology.Role SummaryAs a Customer Success Manager, your mission is to ensure our clients are successful, satisfied, and growing with Reckon.ai.

You'll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of retail and FMCG customers, guiding them from onboarding through adoption and renewal and turning them into long-term partners.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage relationships with a portfolio of B2B clients in retail and CPG.Ensure successful onboarding and implementation of Reckon.ai's solutions.Act as a strategic advisor, helping customers maximize the value and impact of our platform.Monitor customer health, usage, and performance metrics; anticipate and address risks.Conduct regular business reviews and share actionable insights to support client goals.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Support to resolve issues and advocate for customer needs.Identify and drive opportunities for account growth, upsell, and expansion.What We're Looking For4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services, preferably in SaaS or tech.Experience working with retail, FMCG, or operationally complex B2B clients.Strong communication and relationship-building skills - written and verbal.Ability to understand product features and translate them into client value.Analytical mindset: comfortable interpreting usage data and performance reports.Proactive, organized, and customer-obsessed.Fluent in English; French or German is a plus.Nice to HaveExperience in a startup or fast-scaling tech company.Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Jira, Notion, or Gainsight.Understanding of retail KPIs, execution metrics, or AI-based solutions.What We OfferThe opportunity to help shape the future of retail tech with a growing international company.A client-facing role with high visibility and direct impact.Flexible and remote-friendly work setup.A dynamic, collaborative team with a strong mission.Ready to grow with us?Apply now or reach out directly via LinkedIn or send your application to ******
