Nokia is seeking an experienced engineer to lead end-to-end architecture, testing, commissioning and deployment of secure, high-availability systems across multinational environments. You will coordinate with customers, suppliers and diverse project teams to ensure successful delivery.

Role requires hands-on testing, FAT/SAT/T&C execution, and on-site leadership for integration, troubleshooting, and handover. Strong documentation skills and ability to travel globally are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Design, validate, and deliver end-to-end integrated solutions that meet customer, operational, and contractual requirements.
• Lead system integration and interoperability testing across multi-vendor environments.
• Develop and execute Validation & Verification (V&V), FAT, SAT, and Testing & Commissioning (T&C) procedures.
• Manage technical relationships with customers, subcontractors, third-party suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Plan and execute complex system migrations, including configuration management, cutover activities, rollback strategies, and operational transition.
• Produce and maintain comprehensive engineering documentation, design specifications, interface definitions, technical procedures, and as-built documentation.
• Ensure compliance with IECEx, EMC/EMI, safety, cybersecurity, environmental, and hazardous-area requirements.
• Manage system requirements, interfaces, and technical risks to ensure successful project execution and customer acceptance.
• Provide on-site leadership during integration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and handover activities while maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Firewalls, IPS/IDS, SIEM, DPI, proxy technologies, and cybersecurity best practices for critical infrastructure environments.
