Customer Support Representative (French-Speaking)
Location: Porto, Portugal
Job Type:Onsite, Full-Time Position
Work schedule:Monday to Saturday in rotating shifts from7 am to 7 pm

About the Role:

We're looking for a Customer Support Representative who is fluent in French to assist our customers across various channels. You'll be the first point of contact, helping users with subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other inquiries.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist with subscription management, billing inquiries, and account issues.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers to solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and follow up where necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
