AVEC in Portugal is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join an international team supporting Social Media marketing solutions. The role focuses on helping SMB clients optimize their advertising strategies in English and Arabic, via live chat, email, and phone.

You will work from Portugal, preferably near Lisbon, delivering high-quality support, troubleshooting issues, and sharing feedback with engineering to improve the advertising tools.

Qualificações

• Portuguese residency in Portugal (Lisbon region preferred).
• Arabic C2 is mandatory.
• English fluency (B2+) required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support to SMB clients via live chat, email and phone (outbound calls when needed) in Arabic and English.
• Support and expand the self-serve advertising base for SMBs in online advertising domain.
• Deliver pre- and post-sales support for self-service advertising products.
• Offer product and tool guidance to improve client experience.
• Identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and resolve challenges for multiple SMB clients.
• Share product insights and feedback with engineering teams to support improvements.

About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join an international team supporting Social Media marketing and advertising solutions. This position is ideal for professionals passionate about online advertising, digital tools, and client support within a fast-paced tech environment.

You will contribute to the development and expansion of the company's advertising ecosystem while supporting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across multiple markets.

Your Activities as Customer Service Representative

The Project You will support SMB clients in optimizing their marketing strategies and navigating advertising tools. Your work will directly impact the growth and performance of businesses using the company's self-service advertising solutions.

The Job As part of the marketing support team, you will help clients implement effective marketing strategies, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Daily Responsibilities

Your main activities will include:

• Providing support to SMB clients via live chat, email, and phone (outbound calls when needed to ensure full resolution), in both Arabic and English.
• Supporting and expanding the self-serve advertising base for SMBs in the online and digital advertising domain.
• Delivering pre- and post-sales support for all self-service advertising products.
• Offering product and tool guidance to improve the client experience.
• Identifying trends, troubleshooting issues, and resolving challenges affecting multiple SMB clients.
• Sharing essential product insights and customer feedback with engineering teams to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Already living in Portugal, preferably in the Lisbon region.
• Arabic C2 (mandatory).
• English fluency (B2+).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
