Overview

Job Title: Customer Service Representative German Market
Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site)

Contract Start Date: 25 September 2025

Working Schedule
  • Monday to Sunday, 06:00 21:00 (rotative shifts)

  • 2 rotative days off per week

Salary & Benefits
  • Base Salary: 1100 gross x 14 months

  • Performance Bonus: 200 gross x 12 months

  • Signing Bonus: 3000

Relocation Package
  • From outside Portugal: Reimbursement of airfare (up to 400, Economy class) after 180 days

  • From inside Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs (up to 150, Economy class) after 180 days

  • Temporary Accommodation:

    • 28 days in a hotel (if relocating from abroad)

    • 15 days in a hotel (if relocating within Portugal)

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer support for the German market through phone, email, and chat.

  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.

  • Maintain high service quality standards and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Fluency in German (C1 level)

  • Good English communication skills

  • Availability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends

  • Previous customer service experience is a plus
