Position: Customer Service Representative

About The Role

We are seeking a French-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our remote team in Portugal. In this role, you will provide timely and professional support to customers across multiple channels, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and social media, ensuring accurate updates in internal systems.
  • Deliver courteous and empathetic support to build positive customer relationships.
  • Resolve issues effectively to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve shared objectives.
  • Identify recurring challenges and suggest opportunities for process or service improvements.
Qualifications
  • Native/fluent French (C2) with strong written and verbal skills.
  • Proficiency in English (B2 minimum).
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills across multiple platforms.
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles and procedures.
  • Ability to handle technical inquiries with guidance.
  • Quick learner with adaptability to new tools and technologies.
