Location

Algarve – onsite with some flexibility to work from home

Employment type

Full-time – perm contract

Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Manage reservations, inquiries, and updates to existing bookings
  • Provide clear and timely updates regarding customer orders or services
  • Support daily operational tasks in coordination with internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Represent the company with strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
Requirements
  • Fluent/Native in English (C1), both written and oral
  • Excellent communication skills via phone and email
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency with computers, booking systems, and digital tools
  • Flexibility to work from both office and home as needed
  • Prior experience in customer service or reservations is an advantage
  • Knowledge of golf or digital media is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to commute reliably (driving license/car preferred)
