A logistics software provider in Ourém, Portugal, is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Manager to lead the customer service team and design the relationship strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in customer management, fluency in French and professional English, and strong leadership skills. This permanent position involves significant responsibilities and direct reporting to management.
