• Process standard and emergency orders via various channels and platforms.

• Reschedule orders based on fluctuation analysis (long-term and short-term).
• Manage backlog, coverage reports, and outbound checks; communicate with customers.
• Handle crisis-related activities: direct shipment coordination, invoicing, and transportation.
