Join our team in Lisbon as a Customer Service professional, supporting customers in Italian and English within the digital advertising industry.
You will assist customers with digital advertising and social media products, providing high-quality support and helping resolve their queries effectively.
- Fluent in Italian & English
- Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Experience in Digital Marketing
- Mandatory experience in paid campaign management
- Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company
- Good knowledge of social media products and basic digital advertising
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- €7.63 food allowance per working day
- €40 attendance bonus per 11 months
- Access to shared accommodation with other employees for up to 12 months
- Utilities included; accommodation cost deducted from monthly salary
