What you will do in this role

As a Customer Advisor, you will:

  • Assist viewers via phone and/or chat regarding their inquiries
  • Provide account and application support, especially about software functionality
  • Offer technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
  • Provide accurate and timely answers to viewers' questions
  • Contribute to creating brand engagement for our client
