What You Will Do In This Role

As a Customer Representative, you will:

  • Assist customers through multiple channels (email or phone) enthusiastically and professionally.
  • Support customers with booking management, cancellations, and billing issues.
  • Attract potential customers by answering questions about their ongoing requests and their different modalities, suggesting, and adding information about these services to meet the customer's needs.
  • Gather information from new customers and insert it into the platform.
  • Process and respond to contact requests promptly.
  • Contribute to creating a commitment to our client's brand.

Your Qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Have a high level of Italian (written and oral) and are fluent in English (B2)
  • Have knowledge in Traffic Legislation and Cars: While a driver’s license is not mandatory, knowledge of traffic laws, driving, and general automotive knowledge is highly preferred.
  • Have customer Service: Experience in managing customer requests, handling inquiries, and providing high-quality service across multiple channels (calls, emails, chats, and tickets).
  • Have excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Have the ability to identify customers' needs and propose fast solutions
  • Are proactivity, self-motivated, and a great team player
