What you will do in this role

As a Customer Advisor, you will:

• Help customers with simple tasks such as finding opening hours to handling complex complaints.
• Focus on providing first-class customer service and assisting customers with a variety of questions and challenges
• Work to achieve key goals such as customer satisfaction and quality
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Your qualifications
