Candidates must have exceptional English communication skills and be able to work night shifts. Customer Delight for Social Media – English speaker (night shift)

You will play a crucial role in supporting small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to grow their businesses through digital advertising. You will provide assistance across multiple channels and support the expansion of SMBs’ self-serve advertising efforts, guiding them through pre and post-sales processes to ensure the best use of advertising tools and strategies.

What you'll do
  • Assist SMBs in navigating the online and digital advertising space to expand their businesses effectively;
  • Engage with clients through chat, email, and phone to offer timely and efficient support;
  • Help SMBs grow and maximize their use of self-serve advertising tools and platforms;
  • Guide prospective SMB clients through product offerings, helping them understand how digital advertising can meet their business needs;
  • Provide continuous assistance to existing clients, ensuring they receive the most out of the services and tools post-purchase;
  • Offer expertise in advertising products and tools to improve the client experience and optimize their advertising strategies;
  • Address client concerns, resolve technical problems, and provide solutions to improve their experience with advertising tools;
  • Share knowledge on effective advertising strategies, tools, and techniques to drive client success;
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to foster long-term satisfaction and retention;
  • Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to improve customer service processes and product offerings.
