Requirements include a B2/C1 level in German, prior customer service experience, and flexibility for rotating shifts. This on-site position provides a comprehensive customer support experience.

As aGerman-speaking Customer Care Specialist with Global Services & Support project
in Porto, you will be the first point of contact for users of a global digital platform. This role requires problem-solving skills, KPI awareness, and a strong service mindset to ensure an excellent customer
experience.

Location: Porto, Portugal
Start date: 30/Oct/2025
Work Model: On-Site

Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Deliver service that meets defined KPIs (response speed, resolution accuracy, customer satisfaction).
  • Escalate unresolved or sensitive issues to the appropriate team.
  • Record and track customer interactions in line with company processes.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the service experience.
Job Details:
  • Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 to19:00.Possible extension beyond 09:00 to 21:00 (rotative shifts). 40 hrs/week, 8 hrs/day
  • Days Off: 2 rotating days
Requirements:
  • German B2/C1 + B2 English proficiency (written and spoken)
  • PreviousCustomer Service background
  • Familiarity with KPIs
  • Flexibility to work rotative shifts
