Job Description:

As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-notch service and support in German and English. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and personalized solutions.
  • Documentation: Accurately document customer interactions and issues in the companys CRM system.
  • Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide insights to help improve products and services.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: C2 level in German and at least B2 level in English.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or advisory role is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to think critically and solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to new tools, processes, and environments.
  • Remote Work: Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet connection, or willing to work onsite if preferred.
