Revolut, Aveiro, Portugal, is seeking a Business Compliance Manager (Crypto) to join our regulatory team. You will shape how crypto features are launched, scaled, and communicated while translating complex regulations into practical, product-ready requirements across markets.

You will collaborate with Product, Tech, and Growth teams, oversee regulatory frameworks for DeFi and derivatives, and support new crypto initiatives with a focus on risk management and customer protection.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulations within a business context.
• Experience in banking, crypto, or fast-growing technology environments.
• Understanding of how compliance risk interacts with business risk.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Product, Tech and Growth teams to advise on crypto and consumer regulations.
• Oversee crypto yield, DeFi and derivative product regulatory frameworks.
• Support new product launches and rollouts for crypto features.
• Review and approve customer communications and marketing materials.
• Own post-launch product reviews and document regulatory decisions clearly.
