You will mentor junior staff, manage multi‑stakeholder expectations, and deliver data‑driven CRM solutions with Adobe, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and Sitecore.

Qualificações

• Expertise in multiple CRM platforms with large‑scale implementations.
• Leads CRM strategy, digital transformation, and enterprise‑wide implementations.
• Experience with global or highly regulated industries is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CRM consulting projects and drive digital transformation for clients.
• Oversee requirements engineering and create functional specifications for CRM solutions.
• Mentor junior consultants and analysts within projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (UX/Design, content, development).
• Engage C‑level stakeholders and align CRM initiatives with growth objectives.
