Responsibilities
  • As a CRM Consultant, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer.
  • You’ll solve problems using your CRM knowledge as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team, and the wider internal CRM community.
  • Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams.
  • Transform business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis.
  • Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood.
  • Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes.
Qualifications
  • You’ll likely have achieved a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules.
  • At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
  • Experience managing/leading teams—both onshore and offshore—is nice to have, but not required.
  • Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and/or end user.
  • Consultative, collaborative, relationship builder; resilient, adaptable, flexible; intellectually curious and passionate about tech; client-centric attitude; passion for learning and development.
