Mercer in Lisbon is seeking a Creative Technologist to join its Creative Studio, bridging creative ambition with tech. You will leverage LLMs, generative tools and ML to power faster, better outcomes, working alongside designers and developers to prototype and implement new solutions.

The role focuses on integrating AI into workflows, leading projects from concept to deployment, and mentoring teammates in advanced tools.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in a role that combines creative and technical responsibilities, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Experience with fine-tuning LLMs, working with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and developing AI agents.
• Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling software.

We are seeking a Creative Technologist to join our Creative Studio team at Mercer, playing a key role in building Oliver Wyman's new hub in Lisbon.

Our global, award-winning in-house creative studio is hiring a Creative Technologist to bridge the gap between creative ambition and technological possibility. Working side-by-side with designers and developers, you'll use LLMs, generative tools, and machine learning to build systems that power better ideas, faster execution, and stronger outcomes.

We will count on you to:
