The Challenge

We’re building a high-performance demand generation team and are looking for a Creative Marketing Designer who thrives at the intersection of design, storytelling, and growth marketing. This is not just about making things look good — it’s about creating impactful, scalable creative assets that fuel campaigns, engage prospects, and help Sales close deals.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Designing and producing high-quality marketing assets — whitepapers, pitch decks, case studies, infographics, ads, banners, and campaign visuals.
  • Creating engaging product visuals and videos (animations, walkthroughs, explainers) that make our software tangible for prospects.
  • Building and optimizing landing pages to support campaigns (experience with Webflow, HubSpot, or similar is a plus).
  • Acting as a brand guardian: applying our brandbook for consistency while evolving the brand with fresh, creative ideas.
  • Managing the marketing asset library, ensuring everything is searchable, reusable, and ready to scale.
  • Working hand-in-hand with the demand generation team to ensure every creative asset aligns with campaign goals and performance metrics.
Minimum Requirements

What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing design or creative production (preferably in B2B or tech).
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma (bonus if you bring motion design or video editing skills: After Effects, Premiere, etc.).
  • Experience with landing page builders and campaign tools (Webflow, Squarespace, Unbounce, etc.).
  • A portfolio that shows strong design craft and measurable impact on demand gen or lead gen campaigns.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain assets in a scalable, structured way.
  • A balance between being a brand guardian and a creative experimenter who evolves the brand over time.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
Where we work

We work in a hybrid model, primarily on-site at our headquarters in Leiria, with the flexibility to work remotely up to 3 days per month. We believe in the power of being together — especially when building something this ambitious.
