Job summary

Algofy is seeking a versatile Creative Designer to craft captivating ad concepts, design assets, and produce video content for Meta, Google, emails, and UGC formats.

You'll collaborate with Creative Strategists and Paid Media teams, own projects end-to-end, and leverage AI-powered tools to elevate visuals while staying on brand and performance goals. Flexible hours and remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital advertising, graphic design, and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Figma, plus video tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Experience with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to own projects from concept to delivery.
• Understanding of performance marketing principles and how creatives impact results.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce marketing assets across Meta/Google Ads, email creative, and UGC videos.
• Collaborate with Strategists and Paid Media teams; own projects from brief to final delivery.
• Create static and animated visuals using Adobe Suite and Figma.
• Design marketing emails and web/social assets aligned with brand and performance goals.
• Edit UGC and short-form videos using CapCut, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
• Use AI tools to enhance creative workflows and apply innovative effects.
• Self‑QA all creative before delivery and manage deadlines across multiple accounts.
