Responsibilities

• Create and prepare high-quality desserts pastries and other baked goods according to established recipes and standards
• Oversee the entire pastry section of the kitchen including ordering ingredients managing inventory and maintaining equipment
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items that reflect seasonal ingredients and local flavors
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met to maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Train junior pastry chefs on techniques recipes and presentation of dishes
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve and innovate our pastry offerings

Requirements
