  • Oversee the development and expansion of the commercial asset portfolio, aligning with company strategy and market trends.
  • Direct strategic consulting projects, delivering

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service from initial contact to final transaction.
  • Monitor KPIs and results, identifying areas of improvement and implementing action plans.
  • Support business development through networking, identifying new opportunities, and contributing to strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other departments (legal, marketing, finance) to ensure efficient operations and client satisfaction.

What do you need to succeed in this role?

Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant MBA (preferred).
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in commercial real estate, with team leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong business acumen and client management skills.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Knowledge of the retail sector.
  • Intermediate English and Spanish level required; additional languages are an asset.
