  • Traitement des demandes des clients et mise à jour des systèmes informatiques.
  • Identification des points faibles pour l'amélioration continue.

Customer Service Representative (m/f) - Lisboa

Your tasks



  • Telephone support for customer calls in the mentioned languages

  • General information and advice on our products and services for existing customers and potential new customers

  • Processing of our customers' requests and updating in our computer systems (examples: tariff or price plan changes, activation of options or services, change of address)

  • Identification of potential weak points for continuous improvement of customer service


What you bring



  • Experience in Customer Service.

  • Very good command of the English language at a professional level - minimum level C1: English

  • Interest in telecommunication products

  • Flexible working hours (Monday to Saturday) from 07:00 to 21:00

  • Personal strengths: reliability and punctuality
