Unleash your passion for beauty in the heart of Porto! We are seeking a Beauty Product Consultant to join our vibrant team. In this role, you'll guide customers through their beauty journeys, offering expert advice on skincare, makeup, and wellness products. You'll stay ahead of the latest trends, participate in exclusive product launches, and create personalized experiences that leave a lasting impression. Responsibilities and Impact:

1. Manage consumer requests related to information and complaints through various channels.
2. Provide excellent solutions, service, product, and beauty advice in a professional, precise, and timely manner.
3. Coordinate with other departments and redirect cases/issues as necessary.

Skills, Qualifications, and Interests:

1. Exceptional communication skills, empathy, and a customer-centric approach.
2. Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
3. Proficiency in German (C1 level) and English (B2 level).
4. Strong IT skills, including reporting tools for customer interactions.
5. Willingness to work flexible shifts.
6. Experience in cosmetics and luxury industry is advantageous.
7. Knowledge of digital and social media platforms.
8. Previous customer service experience is a plus.

What’s in it for you?

• Type of contract: Long-term fixed term, renewable annually.
• Working hours: Full-time (40h/week), Monday to Sunday, rotational schedule (8:00-20:00).
• Salary options:
  • With accommodation: 950-1100€ gross/month (shared flat, bills included).
  • Without accommodation: 1300-1400€ gross/month.
• Training period compensation: 50% of hourly wages during 1-4 weeks.
• Reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months for international candidates.
• Airport pick-up and yearly flight ticket back home within the EU.
• Assistance with paperwork, bank account opening, etc.
• Free Portuguese lessons, cooking classes, sports activities, and social events.
