You will optimise departmental workflows, manage budgets and reporting, and provide discreet, high‑quality administrative support to the Communications team. You will organise meetings, travel and events, handle corporate mailboxes, coordinate weekly media reporting, support internal communication platforms, and contribute to ad‑hoc projects as an active member of the Corporate Communications team.
Manage and optimise relevant work processes and workflows for thedepartment. Act as team power user of relevant business systems for invoicing,contractsand SOPs.
Tracking of budget, resources, coordination of costs,reportsand invoicing.
Organise meetings, workshops, visits from guests, business conferences.
Traveling arrangements and the necessary bookings for the team.
Managementof corporate mailboxes and distribution lists.
Managing distribution of weekly media and social media report.
Support on internal communications platforms such as intranet, mailing toolland image bank.
Ad hocproject management support.
Overview on company strategy, acting as a team member in the Corporate Communicationsteam.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
3 – 5 years experience in a similar role, in a corporate environment.
Able to act as Project Manager and a team player.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced complex environment.
With a proactive,responsibleand organised workmethodology.
Fast-learner and flexible attitude.
Pharmaceutical industry experience is a plus.
