Publicis Groupe seeks a Digital Performance Copywriter in Lisbon to blend creativity and strategy for Santander campaigns. You will craft conversion-focused messaging across Paid Media, Owned Media, and Email Marketing, adapting voice across brands with CRO support as needed.

With at least two years in agencies, you’ll collaborate with designers and client teams, presenting ideas to clients as part of the Digital Marketing unit.

As a Digital Performance Copywriter, you'll combine creativity and strategy to develop engaging campaigns that connect with audiences and deliver measurable results. Responsibilities

• Concept Development: Creates and develops creative ideas for Santander campaigns.
• Copywriting: Produces copy for digital performance marketing channels. Writes clear, conversion-focused content aimed at driving sales. Adapts and extends campaign messaging across formats such as Paid Media, Owned Media, and Email Marketing. May also be required to support the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) team when needed.
• Team Collaboration: Works closely with designers and client-side teams.
• Presentations: Presents ideas and concepts to clients as part of the Digital Marketing team.

Qualifications

• Experience: At least two years of experience in agencies or communication-related roles.
• Languages: Strong command of Portuguese and professional working proficiency in English.
